CQI Q Processing Professional (Level 2) is an official certification program offered by the Coffee Quality Institute, USA. It is designed for participants with post-harvest processing experience in the field and/or those who have completed the Q Processing Level 1 program or a similar course. Q Processing Level 2 training encompasses the theory of post-harvest processing, sensory evaluation, field practice, and the application of quality control methods to maintain consistency in post-harvest processing outcomes. Participants will be assessed through 15 examination modules, which include both theoretical and practical assessments. Successful participants will be awarded the CQI Q Processing Professional certificate. While the course instruction will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia, some of the exam materials and handouts will be in English to enhance comprehension and global applicability.
CQI Q Processing Professional (level 2) merupakan program sertifikasi resmi dari Coffee Quality Institute, Amerika yang di desain untuk peserta yang memiliki pengalaman proses paska panen di lapangan, dan/atau peserta yang pernah mengikuti program Q Processing level 1 atau sejenisnya. Pelatihan Q Processing level 2 mencakup teori proses paska panen, uji citarasa, praktek lapangan, dan juga pengaplikasian metode control kualitas untuk menjaga konsistensi hasil proses paska panen. Peserta akan diuji melalui 15 modul ujian, yang mencakup ujian teori dan praktek, dimana jika peserta lulus, akan mendapatkan sertifikat CQI Q Processing Professional. Bahasa pengantar di kelas akan dalam Bahasa Indonesia, akan tetapi sebagian materi ujian and handouts akan dalam Bahasa Inggris.
