CQI Coffee Fermentation: From Microbes to Flavors is a three-day official CQI training program that delves into the art of fermentation. Explore the depths of fermentation, understand its basic principles, discover the role of microbes, and learn about traditional coffee processing, inoculation techniques, methods to control fermentation, and how microorganisms can be harnessed as tools for crafting exquisite flavors. This class will be held on Simalem Coffee Academy, Merek, Sumatra, Indonesia. This class will be coached by Johan Kwe, who is not only a Q Processing Expert but also a Q Processing Instructor and Q Arabica Grader.
