Participants of Q Processing Level 2 will not only learn in class but also engage directly in the best practices of specialty coffee processing in the field. By applying knowledge and carefully evaluating each stage, they will gain the skills needed to produce exceptional coffees that meet the highest standards.
The program will be led by Mr. Johan Kwe, founder of 3 Beans Coffee and Director of Simalem Specialty Coffee. Recognized as CQI Educator of the Year 2024 and SCAI Best Q Processing Instructor 2024, Johan is Indonesia’s first licensed Q Processing Instructor for both Arabica and Robusta. He is also a CQI Q Processing Expert (Texas A&M), Assistant Instructor for Q Grader courses, and a Certified International Coffee Judge.
