The CQI – Q Processing Level 1 (Generalist) course is a foundational training program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of coffee processing and its direct influence on quality.
This course covers essential post-harvest concepts, including processing methods, fermentation basics, drying principles, and quality control practices. Participants will learn how decisions made in the field and during processing impact green bean quality and final cup characteristics.
Led by Johan Kwe, a CQI-certified instructor, the program combines classroom learning, practical demonstrations, and real-world examples to build a strong technical foundation in coffee processing.
