The CQI – Q Processing Level 2 (Professional) course is an advanced training program designed for coffee professionals who wish to deepen their technical understanding of post-harvest processing and its impact on coffee quality.

This course focuses on scientific approaches to coffee processing, including detailed analysis of processing methods, quality evaluation, and process optimization. Participants will engage in intensive hands-on activities covering fermentation control, drying techniques, defect identification, and the relationship between processing decisions and final cup profile.

Led by Johan Kwe, a CQI-certified instructor, this program integrates theory, field observation, and practical application to support informed decision-making and consistent quality outcomes in coffee production.
